The Communal Development Programme seeks to promote processes to foster and stimulate organized group’s capacities and skills in a housing project and for future members of a neighborhood or community, so that they, as a group and in an organized way, improve their social, economical and environmental conditions, strengthen their group identity and make use of their civil rights and responsibilities.

Four action axis:

The programme works in tour action axis, that involve technical social criteria for the design and implmentation of innovating methodologies for the psicososcial intervention to the groups related to habitat and comunal strenghtening in specific subjects, such as experience sistematization and design and publication of training and sensibilization materials.

The four axis are: Diagnostic Impresión; Pre-Project, Enviromental improvement and work’s manitenance; and Strenghtening the Nieghborhood Identity.

Juridical Community Outreach

As part of Communal Development, this subprogramme is aimed to contribute to the knowledge of the families on subjects related to housing access, so that they can perform their rights related to Social Production of Habitat in order to improve their quality of life.

Juridical Community Outreach is a FUPROVI’s initiative in order to bring a juridical service to those low income individuals or groups that aren’t direct customers of the Foundation, that require support on this matter. Services are given in legal advisory and are cost free to the users. These services are given by FUPROVI as part of its Corporative Social Responsibilty.

Leadership School

The Leadership School impulse events, experiences, methodologies, and materials to develop the skills, abilities and capacities of the people involved in our target communities, in order to create consciousness on the importance of sociability to produce integral improvements in the neighborhoods they are located in.

The School seeks to provide basic working tools for the citizens, so that they can keep their rights; but also, to become protagonists in the protection, maintenance and care of the habitat they live in, both physically and socially speaking.
