As part of FUPROVI’s work, we assume that it’s possible to built up individual and collective capacities among the communities were we promote projects, in order to work in the Social Production of Habitat. The Leadership School impulse events, experiences, methodologies, and materials to develop the skills, abilities and capacities of the people involved in our target communities, in order to create consciousness on the importance of sociability to produce integral improvements in the neighborhoods they are located in.
Every action that the Leadership School develops is intended to create in the community the needed conditions to get self organized and to generate pro-active solutions to their common needs, so that they can build their own destiny.
The School seeks to provide basic working tools for the citizens, so that they can keep their rights; but also, to become protagonists in the protection, maintenance and care of the habitat they live in, both physically and socially speaking.
