This subprogramme is aimed to contribute to the knowledge of the families on subjects related to housing access, so that they can perform their rights related to Social Production of Habitat in+ order to improve their quality of life.
Juridical Community Outreach is a FUPROVI’s initiative in order to bring a juridical service to those low income individuals or groups that aren’t direct customers of the Foundation, that require support on this matter. Services are given in legal advisory and are cost free to the users. These services are given by FUPROVI as part of its Corporative Social Responsibilty.

Services given are:
Ventana Comunitaria (Community Window): this is a radio space held every Thursday, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. in Radio Nacional at 101.5 FM or 590 AM. Subjects related to housing, property, state subsidy, house purchase, associations and their work, among others, are held in this space. People interested can call and make their consultations on the subjects of each programme, and their doubts will be assisted immediately.
Legal Orientation: this service is given with the support of advanced Law School students form the Universidad La Salle, and supervised by a Lawyer from FUPROVI. Consultations made by individual or associations on legal subjects about housing and similar aspects are care, and orientation is given on possible solutions.
There are two ways in which the service is given:
In our office: People interested can make an appointment dialing 2247-00-83 or 2247-00-44, in order to be received personally in a discrete way, in our facilities. Appointments will be given for Fridays in office hours. It may be also that some groups or associations are interested in receiving legal advice on housing matters or housing projects development. In this case, activities will be programmed in order to give such advice or training.
Virtual: People interested can submit their consultation using internet. Answers to these consultations will be made by email, in a prudential time.
