The Habitat Programme operates nationwide. In this programme we work with families in group projects, communal projects, and individual cases. We support families so they can build, improve and/or extend their houses and basic services. We use the Social Production of Habitat methodology based on mutual help and individual effort (in the case of groups), construction management, etc. Also, we use individual efforts for individual housing and the direct delivery modality.

The Programme is made up of at least three basic elements:

1. Credit for house construction, extension and/or improvement: It gives resources for the construction of new rooms or their extension, finishing or partial improvement of existing ones.
2. Credit for infrastructure: It offers resources to build or improve electric systems, unpaved roads, sidewalks, rain drainage, black waters, drinking water and treatment plants.
3. Consulting, training and support: When needed, we support clients in the technical, construction, social, economic, administrative, organizational, legal and community management fields so they can plan, administrate and carry on both housing and communal development projects.

The Habitat Programme offers two products:

Roof Community

Aimed at families that have no housing and organized groups. We help in construction and infrastructure. We use participatory methodologies and we incorporate Community Strengthening actions after the housing project is finished.
