We are a private development organization that supports and promotes the Social Production of Habitat. Our objective is to foster the organization and self-help management in underprivileged sectors, so they can directly and actively participate in the identification and solution of their problems, and so, they can employ flexible and agile methods that can become viable and reproducible alternatives.
Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of low income families in their housing needs and community development.
We have a specialized work force formed by engineers, architects, economists, administrators, sociologists, lawyers, social workers, communicators and international relations specialists, so as technicians (accountants, construction, and others), among others.
Our workers are committed to our mission and follow a continuous training process, that keep them updated in their field of action in the Foundation.
Outsourcing: although we have a permanent team, when required, we hire external professionals, technicians and specialists, to complement and support several activities, under the same organization’s criteria.
